Critique
MPD (2,1a) 1 McDonald's Roanjora Pinotage, well made, nice size for his age, good head type, pleasing neck, shoulders & outline, good hindquarters. Would like him clearer in colour but good looking & sound.
PD (1) 1 R Pinotage.
JD (3) 1 Pettifer's Vanders Vita Di Riley con Crosswest, very pleasing youngster, well made with excellent outline, well balanced, good front & hindquarters, well carried tail which he used well;
2 Walker's Vanders Va Voom avec Wroxham, very nice litter brother, well bodied, very good thighs, good coat & colour, nice bone, I hope his nose colour fills in;
3 Hargreaves' Charnborough Marathon Man at Forgeway.
PGD (5) 1 Bayne's Corranroo Crossfire, nicely balanced, good body, rib & depth, nice over the rump, good clear colour, looked well on the move;
2 Lamb's Casafelice Askanian, preferred in head, nice neck & outline. Needs to make up a little more over the hindquarters;
3 Walton's Gallybob Gold Standard.
LD (7,2) 1 Bayne's Corranroo Casanova, very typical of his breed with no exaggerations & good clear markings, nicely balanced, moved out well, keeping a good outline;
2 Taylor's Laoirebay Ocean Sunset, had that little more substance but would like him a little better over the loin, is a touch throaty. Masculine with good bone;
3 Collins' Casafelice Elliottdale at Forestpoint
OD (5) Good class. 1 Valentine's Sh Ch/Ir Sh Ch Tullamore Ted, very good head & expression, firm front, well laid shoulders, good outline, very good hindquarters, nice clear colours, good coat & condition, typical movement. CC & BOB;
2 Griffin's Sh Ch Corranroo Connexion, very pleasing, 1 had the edge in hindquarters, but a very good Setter. Good clean neck & shoulders, nice depth & body. RCC;
3 Davies' Corranroo Corsair at Zymore.
VD (3) Lovely to see these three older Irish gentlemen enjoying their day & still looking the part. 1 Lipscombe's Kellizlot Master Merchant, just had the edge in movement;
2 Taylor's Laoirebay Feet Of Flame, now 10 years & still looks good, in lovely condition;
3 Tong's Sh Ch Kellizlot Master Magician.
MPB (7) Nice class, several will do better when they learn their trade. 1 Callaghan & Mizen's Cait via Laoirebay, very typical all through, pleasing head, nice front, good turn of quarters, pleasing outline. BP;
2 McDonald's Roanjora Chianti, also liked very much, good body for age, well made hindquarters. A bit loose in front;
3 Jarvis' Shannonlee The Woodlark.

JB (5,2) 1 Johnstone & Sierakowski's Dalriach Non Pareil, looked the part on the move, pleasing neck, shoulders & outline, nice width in hindquarters. Must learn to have her mouth examined;
2 O'Connor's Caispern Maid In Ireland, uncomplicated bitch with lovely temperament, pleasing head & eye. Carrying too much weight, which affected her movement;
3 Barry's Shireoak Caramel Ice with Rustasha.
PGB (7,1) 1 Henderson's Temynloah Buffie, pleasing typical bitch, very good head, nice clear markings, well bodied;
2 Sherratt's Casafelice Cormo at Charnborough, liked her very much, but she took against being handled. I am sure she can do much better;
3 Barry's Rustasha Rising Royal.
LB (5,1w/d) 1 McDonald's Courtdown Summer Breeze over Roanjora, very well made, good head, nice neck, shoulders & outline, nice strong thighs, moved & showed well. Could be a little cleaner coloured but looked the part in every other way. CC;
2 Housby's Tullamore Tiggywinkle, liked a lot, good clear markings. Still needs to mature a little in thighs, otherwise in good firm condition. RCC;
3 Howatson's Whispers about Vanders.
OB (5,1) 1 Ward's Copperwhite Cordelia, very nice feminine Setter, well bodied, good couplings, well let down behind, good clear markings, moved with spirit. Would like a better shoulder;
2 Bayne's Sh Ch Corranroo Continental, rangier bitch, good neck, shoulders & front. Not so pleasing on the move;
3 Barry's Sh Ch Shireoak Hurricane Ruby Rustasha.
VB (4) 1 Ward's Caispern Juliette Marney cum Copperwhite, very nice typical bitch, lovely head, kind eye, good body & rib, nice firm quarters. Looked very well for 10½ years, but has put on extra weight now;
2 Tong's Kellizlot Star Attraction, good body & rib, sound moving. Not as clear in markings as 1 & could be better in pasterns, but looked well on the move;
3 Barcroft's Sh Ch Ballakinnish Minuet.
